Returns

30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of your order to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days.

Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original condition. We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged, or altered in any way.

Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at shopkhannaskloset@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
